Warehouse Administrator – APAC
About the Role
Under the direction of the Operations Manager and functionally reporting to the Regional Support Manager, the Warehouse Administrator needs to have the willingness to perform various tasks, from keeping up with inventory to shipping and receiving. This position requires a positive outlook with the willingness to accept change. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that operations are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the task at hand and identify hazards and risks, and plan & document a mitigation plan in consultation with HSE to prevent incidents.
- Shipping and receiving of materials, and cross-reference for accuracy of shipment.
- Load, unload, move or store items according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Operations Manager.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.
- Stamp Part Numbers.
- Packing and shipment of all goods leaving the facility to customers and vendors.
- Complete all appropriate shipping documentation.
- Track inventory movements using inventory control systems.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical count of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and grounds.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Work assignments are carried out to the highest quality level.
- Liaise with delivery agencies/trucking companies.
- Data entry of packing list, bill of lading, etc.
- International Importing and Exporting.
- Assist in preparing documents and equipment for mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Experience with sustainable warehouse practices in the oil and gas
- industry preferably Drilling is a plus.
- Minimum five years prior experience, with some technical skills preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Proficient in computer and software skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks along with excellent organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment
Quality and HSE Requirements
Be responsible for creating procedures, work instructions, registers and forms of the department.
Follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures. Participate in investigations and implement corrective actions for any failures in the processes.
Understand and apply HSE policies and procedures and be a vocal supporter of the company's safety management system.
Contribute to HSE performance within the company by adhering to Allrig and customer HSE policies and procedures and through active participation in company HSE initiatives.
Carry out all work at company and customer facilities in accordance with company and customer HSE policies and procedures.
