Parts & Manufacturing
Allrig understands the value of having inventory available to the major global drilling locations. That is why we maintain inventories in locations around the world to support demand from shipyard projects and operating rigs, reducing lead times during critical moments. We can arrange delivery to logistics hubs or direct to supply bases serving the field location.
Allrig also specializes in manufacturing or sourcing hard-to-find parts e.g. where the OEM no longer exists. Allrig offers customized engineering, design and manufacturing packages for those unique challenges that may arise.
Components receive Class approval, where required, and our service technicians are available to install and commission on location.
Reverse Engineering
Allrig has been involved in several reverse engineering projects concluding with us being able to supply spare parts for use in Jacking Systems that are no longer supported by the OEM. Where possible we will enhance the component design, providing improved quality to our Customers. Through established relationships and experience with ABS and DNV, parts and equipment meet the required specifications and class approvals.
Sea-Fastening Jackup Rigs
Dry transport or wet ocean tow of a Jackup without damaging the Jacking System? Allrig has developed a proven method for sea-fastening jacking systems without chocking systems, ensuring jacking gear is protected against potential damaging environmental loads during transit.
MLT Jacking Case Cleardrop Cover
To reduce downtime, Allrig designed the polycarbonate Cleardrop cover. The innovative enhancement serves to help with the inspection and analysis of the 375 KIP MLT jacking system. Transparency provides technicians with the opportunity to perform continuous visual inspections whilst the system is energised without the need to remove the teardrop cover and drain the lubricant.
